In-Stock
Items pre-made and ready for immediate shipping, will be disptached the next working day after payment has been received as cleared funds.
Made to Order
Custom or personalised items will be made upon receipt of payment as cleared funds. Please allow one to two weeks for production, prior to shipping. All items are individually handmade by Jacinta in her Dunedin studio. Please contact us first for rush orders if the item is requried by a certain date, as rush orders incur an additional fee of $20.
New Zealand
Items are sent on an overnight courier, so once dispatched should arrive the next working day. Please note, rural delivery addresses will take to 2 - 3 days.
International
We frequently ship overseas via international airmail. Delivery times are approx 3 to 6 working days to Australia, and approx 4 to 10 working days to the rest of the world through NZ Post.

Our most common method of payment is bank deposit (internet banking). We also accept credit card payments using the secure Paymate service, from our Australian provider, and international customers can use PayPal.
